Privacy Policy for Subscription Pro Tracker !Subs
Last updated: August 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Codethenic (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Subscription Pro Tracker !Subs mobile application (the “App” or “Service”), and explains your privacy rights and choices.
By downloading, installing, or using Subscription Pro Tracker !Subs, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1. Summary (Quick Overview)
Subscription Pro Tracker !Subs is designed as an offline-first subscription tracking application. Your subscription information, including subscriptions, prices, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories, notes, and related settings, is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
The App offers a freemium model, where certain features are available for free and additional features are unlocked through a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase.
However, we use a small number of third-party services to keep the App stable, understand how it is used in aggregate, and process and validate purchases.
In short:
- Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash reports and diagnostic data to help us identify and fix technical problems.
- Mixpanel — collects anonymized/pseudonymous usage analytics to help us understand feature usage and improve the App.
- RevenueCat — manages and validates your Lifetime Pro purchase and entitlement.
- Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) — processes the Lifetime Pro purchase through your Apple ID; we never see your payment card details.
- Local Storage — your subscription-tracking content itself stays on your device unless you explicitly export or back it up.
We do not sell your Personal Data.
Details about the information we collect, how we use it, your privacy rights, and how to contact us are provided below.

3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
Subscription Pro Tracker !Subs is designed to work without requiring an account or personal sign-up.
You are not required to provide us with your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information to use the core subscription-tracking features.
If you choose to contact us for support, such as by email, we may receive whatever information you voluntarily include in your message, including your email address and the content of your message.
3.2 Subscription and App Content (Stored Locally)
The subscription information you create in the App is stored locally on your device using on-device local storage/database mechanisms.
This may include information such as:
- Subscription names
- Subscription prices
- Billing frequencies
- Renewal dates
- Categories
- Notes
- Custom subscription details
- Reminder settings
- Currency preferences
- App preferences and settings
- Other information you voluntarily enter into the App
We do not have server-side access to the subscription information you enter into the App unless you voluntarily export it and choose to share it with us, for example by attaching an export file to a support email.
Your subscription information is not automatically transmitted to our servers for storage.
3.3 Diagnostic and Crash Data (Firebase Crashlytics)
We use Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google, to automatically collect crash logs and diagnostic information when the App crashes or encounters an error.
This may include:
- Device model, operating system version, and available disk/memory information
- App version and build number
- Stack traces, crash timestamps, and error logs
- A Crashlytics-generated installation identifier
This information helps us identify, reproduce, and fix technical problems and improve the stability of the App.
Crashlytics data is processed by Google in accordance with the Firebase Privacy and Security policy.
3.4 Usage Analytics (Mixpanel)
We use Mixpanel to collect pseudonymous usage analytics that help us understand how people interact with the App.
For example, analytics may help us understand:
- Which features are used most frequently
- Which parts of onboarding users interact with
- How users navigate through the App
- Which features users interact with
- Where users may stop or leave during certain flows
This may include:
- App open/close events and session information
- Feature interactions
- General device information, such as operating system version and device type
- Locale and timezone
- An anonymous or pseudonymous analytics identifier associated with the installation
We configure Mixpanel to avoid collecting the actual content of your subscriptions, including subscription names, notes, or other personal text you enter into the App.
Analytics events are intended to describe that an action occurred rather than transmit the personal content associated with that action.
Mixpanel processes this information on our behalf as a Service Provider. See Mixpanel’s Privacy Policy for additional information about its practices.
3.5 Lifetime Pro Purchase Data (RevenueCat & Apple)
Subscription Pro Tracker !Subs provides a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase that unlocks additional paid features.
When you purchase or restore Lifetime Pro, the transaction is handled through Apple’s In-App Purchase (StoreKit) system and validated and managed through RevenueCat.
This process may involve:
- An anonymized RevenueCat App User ID
- Purchase or entitlement status
- Product identifier associated with the Lifetime Pro purchase
- Purchase date
- Transaction identifiers
- Receipt information provided by Apple for purchase validation
The Lifetime Pro purchase is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
We do not receive or store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment credentials.
Payment processing is handled directly by Apple under Apple’s own Privacy Policy and App Store terms.
RevenueCat acts as our subscription and purchase-management Service Provider. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy for additional information.
3.6 Automatically Collected Usage Data
Like most mobile applications, certain technical information may be generated automatically during normal operation.
This may include information such as:
- App version
- Operating system version
- Device type
- Crash information
- Error information
- Approximate timestamps
- Anonymous or pseudonymous installation identifiers
This information is described in more detail in the Firebase Crashlytics and Mixpanel sections above.
4. Cookies, Identifiers & Local Storage
Subscription Pro Tracker !Subs is a native mobile application, not a website, so traditional browser cookies do not apply.
However:
-
Local Storage: The App uses on-device local storage/database technology to save your subscriptions, subscription details, reminders, settings, and preferences directly on your Device. This data remains on your Device and is not automatically synced to a server operated by us.
-
Analytics/Diagnostic Identifiers: Crashlytics and Mixpanel may generate their own app-specific identifiers to distinguish one installation from another.
-
No Advertising Trackers: Subscription Pro Tracker !Subs does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs and does not use Apple’s IDFA for advertising or cross-app tracking.
-
Uninstalling the App: If you delete the App from your Device, locally stored subscription data on that Device may be removed as part of the deletion of the App, unless the data was previously backed up elsewhere, such as through an iCloud device backup. Such backups are governed by Apple’s own policies.
5. How We Use Your Information

- Service Providers: Firebase Crashlytics (Google), Mixpanel, RevenueCat, and Apple, as described in this Privacy Policy.

10. International Data Transfers
The Company is based in Sikkim, India.
Some of our Service Providers, including Google/Firebase, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, and Apple, may process information on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and other jurisdictions.
Where required by applicable law, including GDPR, we and our Service Providers rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that limited information may be processed in countries with data-protection laws that may differ from those in your country.
