Purchase & Restore
I purchased Lifetime Premium. How do I restore it?
Open !Subs → Settings → Purchase & Restore → Restore Purchases.
Your Lifetime Premium purchase can be restored using the same Apple ID that was used to make the original purchase. If your purchase still isn't restored, contact us at codethenic@gmail.com.
I was charged but Premium isn't unlocked
First, make sure you're signed into the Apple ID that was used to make the purchase. Then open Settings → Purchase & Restore → Restore Purchases.
If Premium still doesn't appear, contact support and include the approximate date of your purchase.
Using !Subs
Do I need an account?
No. !Subs does not require you to create an account or log in.
How do I add a subscription?
Open the app and use the Add Subscription option. Select or enter the service, add its pricing and billing information, and save it.
Can I edit a subscription?
Yes. Open the subscription you want to change and edit its details.
Can I delete a subscription?
Yes. Open the subscription and use the available delete/remove option.
Does !Subs automatically connect to my bank or credit cards?
No. !Subs does not require access to your bank account or credit cards to track your subscriptions. You add and manage your subscription information inside the app.
Privacy
Your privacy matters. !Subs does not require an account to use the app. Your subscription information is intended to remain under your control.
